Zadik, Sandra Lee., 73, of Chillicothe, OH, formerly of Johnstown, PA, passed away on April 6, 2020 at Hospice of Central Ohio at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.  Born March 29, 1947 in Johnstown, PA., daughter of the late John and Bertha (Pitman) Lucas.  Preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 39 years, John Zadik Sr.  Survived by children, John (Tiffany) Zadik Jr., Michelle Zadik; grandchildren John and Anna Zadik, siblings, Vicky Grabusnik and Diana Kasprzyk.  Sandra enjoyed dining out, comedies, spending time with her family, and was an avid animal lover.  Sandra also had a great sense of humor and a love for life that will always endure. The family would like to thank The Village of Nanty Glo, Signature Healthcare of Chillicothe Ohio, OSU James Cancer Center, and Hospice of Central Ohio for all the loving care provided to Sandra.
