Sharon H. McGrath, 76, of Johnstown, passed away April 17, 2021. Born October 10, 1944, in Johnstown; she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Helen “Tippy” (Bezek) Horvath. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John T. “Jack” McGrath. Survived by children, Erin M. Buzza and husband Stephen, Newburgh, IN, J. Michael McGrath and wife Lisa, Johnstown; grandchildren, Anthony and Andrew Buzza, Michael and Lauren McGrath, Megan and Warren Reitz; sister, Susan McCready, Burke, VA; brothers, Joseph Horvath, Phoenix, AZ, Andrew Horvath Jr, Ligonier; several nieces and nephews. Sharon graduated from the Conemaugh School of Nursing. She retired from Select Specialty Hospital as a Registered Nurse. She had worked at Conemaugh, Lee and Mercy Hospitals. She was a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church. Friends will be received Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 146 Chandler Ave. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
