Penrod, Thelma Grace, 88, Johnstown, passed away February 11, 2022 at the Atrium.  Born October 25, 1933.  Daughter of the late Leory and Melva (Kaufman) Blough.  Preceded in death by loving husband, Morgan J. Penrod; brothers, Reon J. and Robert E. Blough.  Survived by son, Gary Penrod; daughter, Linda Penrod; 2 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
