Lauffer, Timothy R. “Timmy” – 18, Salix, passed away September 10, 2015. Born August 27, 1997 in Johnstown; he was a son of Jennifer Darr and Thomas Lauffer. Preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Paul Darr, and an uncle, Matthew Lauffer. Survived by his mother, Jennifer Darr and fiancé Bryan Daily, Salix; father, Thomas Lauffer, Windber; brothers, Kody and Blaize Lauffer, maternal grandmother, Carol Darr, Salix; paternal grandparents, Paul and Karen Lauffer, Windber; uncles, Tom and Rick Darr, Mike and Paul Lauffer; an aunt, Amy Darr. He is also survived by several cousins. Timmy was a 2015 graduate of Forest Hills. He had a contagious smile and keen sense of humor. He enjoyed helping others and was a car and sound system enthusiast. Timmy loved to spend time with his family and friends and he will be deeply missed. Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday September 15, 2015, at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 1521 Frankstown Road. A memorial service will follow at 8:00pm.
