Proceeded in death by mother, Alice Jane Birch; father, William Birch; stepmother, Dolores (Cramer) Birch; and sister, Deborah Baumbaugh. Survived by longtime companion, Randy McDonald; former husband, Richard Pollino; siblings, David Birch married to Deborah (Lambert); Angel (Birch) Bossart married to Noah; Daniel Allshouse married to Sally (Polacek); Kenneth Allshouse married to Robin (Sand); sons, Kevin Pollino married to Lori; Richard Pollino married to Tina; David Pollino and companion Amy; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Vicki was retired from Quality Inn & Suites in Johnstown. There will be no public services.
