Egan, William C. “Grumpy”, 70, Johnstown died Nov. 1, 2017 at Select Specialty. Born June 24, 1947, Hancock, MI, son of the late Edward and Helen (Nikula) Egan. Survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Ahlborn; children, Dawn Egan, VA; John Ahlborn, Johnstown; Misty Wilson and husband, Matt, Homer City; Chris Foster and wife, Megan, DE; and grandchildren, Noah, Dakota, Savanna, Abbey, Taylor, Zac, and Andrew. William was a 20-year veteran of the United States Navy, where he was a machinist mate. He loved woodworking, tinkering around, and going to the beach at the Outer Banks.
