Dumm, William Joel, 67, Ebensburg, died Feb. 16, 2016 at his home. Born June 6, 1948, Nicktown, son of the late Joseph and Mary Edna (Lieb) Dumm.  Preceded in death by brother, Donald; and sister-in-law, Joannie. Survived by brothers, John, Broadview Heights, OH; Bob and wife, Oveta, Elk Creek, VA; Dave and wife, Yvonne, Lock Haven; sisters, Joanne Tucker, Apex, NC; Alice Smith and husband Herbert, Summerhill; sister-in-law, Donna Dumm, Nicktown; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be celebrated Feb. 20 at 10 a.m., St. Nicholas Church, 1169 Alverda Road, Fr. Michael Gabler, OSB, officiating.
