Hess, Francis E., 66, Johnstown, died April 20, 2015 at home.  Son of the late Joseph and Rosemary (Stine) Hess.  Preceded in death by brother, Dwaine Hess; and sisters, Darlene Delusa and Joann Hess.  Survived by son, Dwaine Hess, VA; and sister, Prudy Hetz.  Francis proudly served our country in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam as a Jet Aircraft Mechanic.  A memorial service will be held Thursday at 10 am, 1521 Frankstown Rd., with Pastor Wayne Ayer officiating.  Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., exclusive provider of “Veterans and Family Memorial Care.” Condolences may be made at HindmanFuneralHomes.com.
