Boroski, John M. “Jack,” 79, Richland, died on June 26, 2023. Jack was born April 15, 1944, in Johnstown, son of Edward and Marie (Juretic) Boroski. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Ronald Boroski, and sister-in-law, Norma (Chamlee). Jack is survived by wife, Bonnie (Ford) Boroski; children, Jonathon E. Boroski (Caroline Barlow); Sarah (Boroski) Hernandez (Carlos); step-children, Jonathan Ford; Jamie (Ford) Franceschini (Tyler); grandchildren, Emery, Trace and Nathanael; nieces, Lee Ann (Boroski) Eckel and Lynn (Boroski) Waite; good friends, Chuck Kist and Larry Marsh; and ex-wife, Kim Banfer. He was a graduate of Bishop McCort High School, a member of St. Clements Catholic Church and a US Army Veteran. Jack was an employee of York International for 40 years and a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 354. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, fixing just about anything and a good Murphy’s Irish stout. Above all, he was a good man and much loved. Family and friends will be received Thursday July 6, 2023, from 11 a.m. until time of memorial service at 1 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd.
