Obituary

Sheeder, Barry L., 69, Johnstown, died September 25, 2010 at Cambria Care Center. Born March 16, 1941 in Johnstown, son of the late Charles H. and Edith (Thomas) Sheeder. Preceded in death by infant brother Russell and sisters Lois and Eileen.

Survived by wife, the former LuAnn Siegrist, Johnstown; step-daughter Dawn Sheeder-Shaffer, Dubois; daughter Joanna, married to Steve Lovell, Williamsport; sons Jeremiah, married to the former Sarah Klumb, Louisiana and Jonathon, North Carolina; grandchildren; Landon and Carson Shaffer; Joshua and Benjamin Lovell and Isaiah and Daniel Sheeder and brother C. Calvin Sheeder, married to the former Wanda Bowman, Florida.

Barry was a US Navy Veteran.

Friends are invited to a memorial service at 11:30 Tuesday at the Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. Rev. David Kanski, officiating. Burial will take place at McGregor Cemetery. Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc. is the “Exclusive Provider of Veterans and Family Memorial Care.”
