Stiffler John Robert, 73, Portage, died November 8, 2010 at home. Born April 10, 1937 in Nanty Glo; son of James Stiffler and Alma Marie (Keith) Stiffler Rummel. Preceded in death by father, and brother Fred.

Survived by mother, Alma Marie Stiffler Rummel, Johnstown; and brothers and sisters,
James Stiffler, and wife Shirley, Pasco Washington;
Shirley Stiles, Nanty Glo;
Patricia Darlene Burkhimer, Johnstown;
Walter Stiffler and wife Sharlene, Johnstown
Barbara Churilla and husband Larry, Nanty Glo;
Kathy Churilla, Nanty Glo;
Mame Doepfer and husband Charles, Johnstown;
Clair Rummell, Altoona;
Lloyd Rummel, Gallitzin;
Freddie Rummell Jr., Dubois;
Daughters, Teresa and Angel, and grandchildren, also, numerous nieces and nephews and special friends, Millie and Butch Smith.
He was a coal miner for many years.
