URBAN, Charles R., 64, Somerset, died February 12, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. Born September 21, 1948 in Somerset; son of the late Charles and Helen (Austin) Urban. Survived by sisters, Nancy Ballow married to Tom, Wesley Chapel and Diana Ragno, Johnstown and niece, Olivia Ragno, Johnstown. Charles was an avid baseball player and played AAABA and pitched for Monte Carlo. He enjoyed basketball and was an avid fisherman.
