Obituary

Glenn T. Kibler, 79, of Hastings passed away Friday July 5, 2024, at his home. Born February 16, 1945, in Spangler; a son of the late Richard and Kathryn (Owens) Kibler. Also preceded in death by children, Richard, Michelle and Allen Kibler. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Hilda (Fishel) Kibler, whom he married December 22, 1979; daughters, Glenna Yahnert and husband Robert, Revloc, Patricia Mason and husband Dave, Strongstown; brothers, Ronnie Kibler, Ohio, Larry Kibler, Ohio; sisters, Sue Buenier, Butler, Maurita Letizia, Hastings; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Glenn was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church. He mined coal for Bethlehem for 21 years. He also owned an arcade, hardware store and an auto body garage. He was an avid motorcycle rider and loved his Harley Davidson. During his final days he was able to stay at home with the help of his wife Hilda, daughter, Glenna and her husband Rob. There will be no viewing or services per Glenn’s wishes.
