Obituary

Markley, Willard Bruce “Bill”, 88, of Wesley Chapel, passed away at home on February 16, 2025. Born July 27, 1936, in Johnstown, son of the late Herbert C. and Nellie (Hostetler) Markley. Preceded in death by parents; loving wife, Carole (Mock) Markley; 7 siblings, Irene Hammel, Catherine Thomas, Ruth Markley, Bud Markley, Jim Markley, Chuck Markley, and Donnie Markley. Survived by stepchildren, Philip, Paul, and Mary; grandsons, Philip, Joshua, and Rain; brother, Barry; sister, Donna Markley; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bill was a proud United States veteran. He was employed by Ebara Energy for many years, where he performed electrical maintenance. Bill was a longtime member of the former Second Brethren Church in Moxham.
