Obituary

Allison, Kathleen M., 67, Johnstown, died January 11, 2012 at home. Born Aug. 24, 1944 in Johnstown, daughter of the late William and Margaret (McCombie) Deter.

Survived by husband, Samuel R. Allison Sr., Johnstown; children Samuel R. Allison Jr. and wife April, Frederick, MD; Terrie, married to Tom Yeager, Frederick, MD and Timothy Allison and wife Cindy, Johnstown. Also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren and brother Tom Deter and wife Leah, Pittsburgh. Kathleen was a sales clerk for JC Penny, the Judge of Elections, did a lot of work for the Literacy Council in Johnstown and loved the beach and her 2 cats. She attended St. John Gualbert Cathedral.

At the request of the family, viewing will be private. Friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 2pm Thursday at St. John Gualbert Cathedral. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Heart Association.
