Obituary

Miller, Robert K., 67, Conemaugh, died May 15, 2011 at home. Born Nov. 2, 1943, son of the late Daniel Webster Sr. and Mary Agnes (McCreary) Miller. Preceded in death by 1st wife, Paulette L. Riddell; son James E. Miller; brother James E. Miller and sister Shirley Vavrek. Survived by wife, Shirley (Scaife) Miller, Conemaugh; children Karen Senft (Robert); Sharon Barelich (John), both of Johnstown; Shirley Cannon; Mary Drazina (Paul), both of Pittsburgh and Robert Stewart, Johnstown; step-daughter Melody Yahnert (Alfred) and step-son Brian Giles, both of Johnstown. Also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and these brothers and sister; Daniel Miller Jr. (Loretta); William Miller; Hazel Shaulis and Paul Miller, all of Johnstown. Robert was a US Army Veteran and a member of the Conemaugh American Legion, the Conemaugh VFW Post 633 and the GBU. He wore many hats for employment including, Pre-Cast Conrete in NJ; Pepsi, NesCafe and was also the owner of Bobs Towing Service. Friends received from 11am until time of service at 1pm Tuesday at the Hindman Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 146 Chandler Ave. Pastor Lois Smith, officiating.
