Altimus, Dakota Garrett, 23, Nanty Glo, passed away April 26, 2019. Born August 8, 1995 in Johnstown. Son of Bryan Reese and Stacy (Altimus) Willett. Preceded in death by grandmother, Ida M. Altimus; grandfather, Benjamin L. Altimus Sr.; and numerous aunts and uncles. Survived by father, Bryan Reese (Janice Divido); mother, Stacy Willett (David); brother, Tim Boback (Reva Davis); sister, Rachelle Melius; girlfriend, Shawna Roush; unborn son, Anthony; uncle, Benjamin L. Altimus Jr. and aunt, Cassandra Altimus (Uncle B and Aunt Cassie); grandmother, Sarah Reese; step-grandmother, Virginia Altimus; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Cody graduated from Blacklick Valley High School and worked as a welder in Indiana. Family and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m., at Hindman Funeral Homes, 1521 Frankstown Rd., where a funeral service will follow at 8 p.m., pastor Nancy Hoover officiating.
