Obituary

Blank, Genevieve Martha “Jenny”, 92, Johnstown, passed away January 25, 2024. Born April 22, 1931 to the late Leroy and Frances (Broad) Burkhart. Preceded in death by siblings, Chuck, Delores, Helen, Gene, and Eugene “Bud”. Survived by loving husband of 71 years, Lawrence “Larney” Blank; son, Kevin Blank (Sherry Myers); granddaughter, Jamie Flynn; great granddaughter, Hailey Flynn; and sister, Doris Jean. Jenny was a lifelong member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Cover Hill, helped with church events, enjoyed birdwatching, Sunday drives, watching tv and drinking tea, and her flower gardens. The family will be holding a service at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to ASPCA.
