Obituary

James Joseph Urban, 70, passed on March 15, 2026. Born on July 19, 1955, to the late Michael J. and Eleanor (Simmons) Urban. Preceded in death by siblings, Gertrude Stumpf, George Urban, Judy Myers, and Michael Urban, Jr. Survived by siblings, Matthew Urban and Debra Berish, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. James enjoyed going to church, cars, fishing, and listening to music, especially the oldies. Above all else he loved spending time with his family members. Friends will be received on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 10:00 until the time of service at 1:00 at Easy Funeral Home. James will be interred at St. Bernard Cemetery in Hastings. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
