Dickert, Raymond C., 77, Johnstown, died March 4, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. Born August 17, 1935 in Seward, son of the late, Thomas and Frances (Yeager) Dickert. Preceded in death by brother and sisters, Evelyn Francis; Rita Howard; Helen Agnes Shaffer and Thomas Dickert. Survived by wife of 52 years, Shirley A. (Rector), Johnstown; daughter, Theresa, married to Neil Santichen; son, Ronald Dickert; grandchildren, Matthew Dickert; Jennifer Caba; Nathan Santichen; Brianna Dickert and Hayley V. and great-grandchildren, Maddox Dickert and Cooper Dickert. Also survived by these brothers and sisters, Anna Mary Ashcraft; Elizabeth, married to Michael Wasilko; John Dickert and wife, Lois; Royston Dickert; Lucille, married to Stan Bodowski and James Dickert and numerous nieces and nephews. Ray was owner of Dickert Excavating and a US Marine Veteran having served during the Korean War. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or service.
