Varnish, Robert A. Jr. “Bo”, 56, of Hooversville, passed away peacefully at home on August 19, 2024. Born June 21, 1968, son of Robert Varnish Sr. and Deborah (Cole) Yarnick. Preceded in death by father, Robert A. Varnish Sr.; brother, Corbin A. Yurasek-Cole; grandparents, Cecil (Ruth) Cole and John D. (Alice) Varnish; and uncles, Keith and Joseph Cole. Survived by loving family, daughter, Kirsten Varnish; mother, Deborah Yarnick; son, Derrick Varnish; sister, Alicia Varnish; brother, Parrish Varnish; fiancée, Darcy Sarver; stepchildren, Marissa and Findley; dogs, Chester and Otis; niece, Alexus Hardison, nephew, Brenan Hill; and aunts and uncles. He was a car salesman and owner of Brickyard Auto Sales. He also previously owned Robert’s Bar & Grill located on Main St. in Johnstown. Bo had a passion for cars and motorcycles. He loved spending time with his many friends and family, especially his niece, Brynnlee, who always made him laugh. Bo will be deeply missed by those in his life. A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 26th from 3 P.M. until the time of service at 5 P.M., at Hindman Funeral Homes,1521 Frankstown Rd., Johnstown, PA 15902. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the funeral home, towards Bo’s services.
