JONES – Schelotta L., 62, Johnstown, died Nov. 29, 2009, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Nov. 24 1947, in Charlotte, N.C., daughter of Ted R. Miller II and Sarah J. Grier. Preceded in death by parents and infant grandchild, Jaymeda D. Robinson.

Survived by husband of 36 years, Samuel A. Jones Sr.; children, Ronica Davis (Dan), Mount Holly, N.C.; Alexis Jones (Melvin L. Salter), Johnstown; Celecia D., Charlotte, N.C.; and Samuel A. Jr., Johnstown; brothers and sisters, Ted R. Miller III, Johnstown; Daymon; Allison G. Miller, Johnstown; Harriet Torrez (Tony), Kennesaw, Ga.; Dana Blaine Miller, Marietta, Ga.; Aurdora D. Hocker (Aaron), Johnstown; and Charles Sean Miller (Robin), Buffington, S.C.; also 12 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Retired from Sears and Roebuck.

At her request, there will be no viewing or memorial service. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at 729 Ash St., Johnstown.
