Obituary

Penrod, Thelma Grace, 88, Johnstown, passed away February 11, 2022 at the Atrium.  Born October 25, 1933.  Daughter of the late Leory and Melva (Kaufman) Blough.  Preceded in death by loving husband, Morgan J. Penrod; brothers, Reon J. and Robert E. Blough.  Survived by son, Gary Penrod; daughter, Linda Penrod; 2 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. Thelma was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and the senior citizens at Westmont Grove.  She was also a volunteer at the Lutheran Home and worked as a lunch lady at Westmont School.  Family and friends will be received Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m., Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 146 Chandler Ave., Johnstown, PA 15906, Pastor Nancy Hoover officiating.  Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., “Exclusive Provider of Veterans and Family Memorial Care.” Condolences may be made at HindmanFuneralHomes.com
