Obituary

Peifer, William V., 78, Johnstown, died February 15, 2016.  Born July 6, 1937 in New Jersey; son of the late Charles A. Sr. and Louella (Dopson) Peifer.  Survived by wife, Agnes (Schlosser) Peifer; son, Randy Peifer and fiancé, Gaile Graham, Johnstown; daughter, Tammy Davis, married to Ray, Bedford; 2 grandchildren and numerous brothers and sisters.
