Obituary

KEENER- Charles William, 56, died August 21, 2011 at Indiana Hospital. Born April 19, 1955 in Spangler, son of the late Ralph Roosevelt Jr. and Dora (Bartlebaugh)Keener. Preceded in death by wife Janet; sister, Marge (Keener) Walborn; brother-in-law, Chuck Bosick and nephews, Denny Walborn and Brian Keener.

Survived by companion, Jeanne “Boo” Lockard, Clymer; brother-in-law, Jim Walborn, Oceolla Mills, PA; brothers and sisters, Joe Keener and wife Pricilla, Saltsburg; Karen Bosick, Bentleyville; Denny Keener and wife Lisa, Arcadia; Janet Deyarmin and husband, Harold, Cherry Tree and Debra Fulmer and husband Dan, Arcadia. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a heavy equipment operator for Ridge Energy of Clymer, PA and a truck driver for various companies. He enjoyed spending time at Wheeling Downs Island Casino and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Charles wanted everyone to remember him by his favorite saying, “He was crazy, but not lazy.”
