Kiser, Donald B., 79, Johnstown, passed away December 9, 2021. Born May 25, 1942, to the late John E. and Mildred H. (Weaverling) Kiser. Preceded in death by his son John A. Kiser, and brother Robert E. Kiser. Survived by his loving wife of 18 years Valerie (Lazer) Kiser; sons, Donald H. (Mary), Bulls Gap, TN, Timothy A. (Lorrie) Kiser, Johnstown, Daniel D. (Maribeth) Kiser, Johnstown, Todd C. Kishlock, Ridgecrest, CA, Brandon S. (Lori) Kishlock, Jenners Township; grandchildren, Army Cpt. Alyssa Harrison, Rebecca Kiser, Lauren Kiser, USMC Sgt. Donald Kiser, William Kiser, Jennifer Kiser, Miranda Kiser, Delanie Kiser, Miranda Kishlock, Breanna Kishlock, Tyler Kishlock, Elijah Kishlock, Brice Kishlock and Miranda Kishlock; great granddaughter, Elaine Harrison; brothers, William (Gloria) Kiser, John (Marianne) Kiser, Barry Kiser; sisters, Sandra (Gary) Price, Rita (Dale) Cotterman, Bonnie Kiser, Karen (Raymond) McConville and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army where he was awarded U.S. Army Golden Gloves, a member of Cambria Lodge #278 F.A.M., Jaffa Shrine of Altoona, Oakland Vol. Fire Company and Iron Workers Local 3. He was involved with all activities that his son’s engaged in, able to laugh and enjoy life with each of them. Friends and Family will be received on Thursday, December 16, 12-3 pm and 5-8 pm at Hindman Funeral Home, 1521 Frankstown Rd. A service will be held Friday, December 17, at 11 am, at the Walnut Grove Church of the Brethren, 1068 Bedford St, Johnstown. In lieu of flowers, pleases make donations to the family.
