RIGO – Donna Jean, 89, Johnstown, died June 23, 2022.  Born February 28, 1933, in Johnstown, daughter of Earl A. and Rachel (Slagle) Hershberger.  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Bernard Charles; sibling Shirley Ross; in laws Ethel Carney, Andrew, and Ernest Rigo; son in law John Ratcliff.  Survived by sister, Linda Sallett; sister in law, Marge Singer; children, Barbara Hanlon (Robert), Catherine Knupp (Roy), William Rigo (Linda Greenwood), Nancy Ratcliff; grandchildren, Gina Stover (Steven), Jennifer Ross (Mark), Brian Rigo, Amy Prindle (Tim), Paul Lally (Jayle), Adam Rigo, Shannon Lally (Adam), Sharli Love, Christine Knupp; great grandchildren, Abigail, Weston, Austin, Tristan and Penelope Stover, Lilly and Brody Prindle, Dylan and Madeline Ross, Landry Hernandez, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Jean was an active member of Ferndale United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed the Sierra Club, Hilltop Seniors, SonShiners and many friends.

Jean was a sweet, kind woman who had a great gift of hospitality and a wonderful baker/cook.  She enjoyed designing greeting cards, being outdoors and playing pinochle.  Friends will be received at Hindman Funeral Home, 146 Chandler Ave. Wednesday June 29th at 930am with a Memorial Service at 11am. Rev. Dennis Zimmerman and Rev. David Bowman officiating.  Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
