Gilliland, Freda L., 84, Salix, passed away October 1, 2021. Born April 17, 1937, to the late Eugene and Eleanor (Repine) Wolford. Preceded in death by daughter, Natalie Price and sister, Betty Law. Survived by sons, Tracy Reighard; Martin Reighard (Lily); grandchildren, Christopher, Donald, and Weston Reighard; Cheyenne Sabo; great grandchildren, Cayla and Serena Reighard; and brother, William Wolford (Anne). Freda was an avid Penn State and Steelers fan, liked Elvis, and enjoyed line dancing. At Freda’s request there will be no services.
