Obituary

Karnosky, Irene G., 92, Johnstown, passed away May 15, 2018 at Richland Woods. Born September 9, 1925 to the late Bernard and Bertha (Mentzer) Glass. Preceded in death by husband, Charles Karnosky; siblings, Clinton, Paul, Clifford, Richard, Frances, and Kenneth Glass; and nephew, Jeffrey Glass. Survived by sisters, Delores Carpenter and Leona Hildebrand-Puch. Loved by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. Irene was a member of St. Benedict Church. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and candy making. She will always be remembered by “Renee Kisses”. Friends will be received Thursday May 17 from 6-8 p.m. at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. A Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Friday at St. Benedict Church. Father Peter Crowe, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude.
