Neatrour, John William, 82, Johnstown, passed away peacefully at his home July 7, 2021. John was the son of the late William L. Sr.  and Gertrude (Burkhard) Neatrour. Also preceded in death by daughter, Amy Hoffman. Survived by Paula (Murton); brothers, Paul (Susan), and William (Mary Jane); children, Patricia (Larry) Ball, Kevin (Precy), and Randall; great grandchildren; cousins; and companion, Anita. John was a career Navy Veteran. At John’s request there will be no viewing or service. He will be interred at Grandview Mausoleum.
