Statler, Kenneth W., 71, East Conemaugh, went home to join his beloved wife, Kellijo, and to be with the Lord June 15, 2020. Ken passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by his daughters, at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 24, 1948 son of Walter and Shirley (Walker) Statler. Preceded in death by his father. Survived by his mother, his daughters, Amy Lowery, Indiana, PA, Heather Andrews, East Conemaugh; Holly Ott (Kevin), Windber; Heidi Horner (Mark), Windber; Sherri Hinton (Garry), East Conemaugh; grandchildren, Marissa Thornton, Alyssa Ott, Shelby Lowery, Isaac Thornton, Rylee Ott, Samantha Horner, Hemi Fulton, Mason Horner, and Ava Hinton; great-grandson, Carter Killinger; his siblings, Sheryl Statler, Linda Coy, Wanda Holton (Frank), Vernon Walker (Karen), and Vicky Clark (Doug); and other members of extended family, and friends. Ken served his country in the United States Army and was in the Vietnam War, and was retired from Gallikers Dairy where he made lifelong friends. He loved camping at Prince Gallitzin, feeding the wildlife in his yard, and most importantly enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and his daughters. Friends and family will be received on Friday June 19, 2020 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd. A funeral service will be held on Saturday June 20, 2020 at 11 AM at the funeral home. Pastor Nancy Hoover, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ken can be made to Friends of Prince Galitizin.
