Williams, Lee W., 86, of Johnstown, formerly of Altoona, died Monday December 14, 2015 at Arbutus Park Manor.  Born April 18, 1929 in Juniata; he was a son of the late Robert L. and Mabel (Gates) Williams. He was also preceded in death by brothers, William, James and Robert Williams and sister, Anne Wingard.  Survived by best friend and partner of 30 years, Jane Morgan; daughters, Joy Hammel and husband Roy, Duncansville; Janice Stoltz and husband Herbert, Altoona; grandson, Roy Hammel Jr. and great-granddaughter, Caroline P. Hammel, both of Duncansville; brothers, Harold Williams, Duncansville, Raymond Williams, Hollidaysburg; sisters, Ella Claycomb, Orwigsburg, Annie Wingard, Duncansville; and many nieces and nephews.   Also survived by step-daughter, Cindy Righini, and husband, Dante’, and their sons, Michael and Brian, Baltimore, MD; step-son, Doug Morgan, and wife, Cathy (Lugar), and their sons, David and Daniel, Dunbirk, MD.  Lee served in the US Navy during WWII on the Aircraft Carrier USS Leyte out of Providence, RI.  He worked as a Business Representative for the Teamsters Local 110.  He truly loved to golf; was a member of the Oakbrook Golf Course and often traveled to Myrtle Beach, SC.   Lee was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.  A memorial service will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Saturday December 19th, 2015 at Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., 1521 Frankstown Rd., Celebration of Life Director, Wayne Ayer, officiating.  Military ritual by VFW Menoher Post 155 Ritual Team.   Arrangements in care of Hindman Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc. “Exclusive Provider of Veterans & Family Memorial Care”.
