Vermillion, Leo L., 82, Nanty Glo, passed away April 19, 2017, at home.  Born November 6, 1934 in Nanty Glo, son of the late Leo M. and Mable M. (Merritts) Vermillion.  Preceded in death by his infant son. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Concetta (Jacco) Vermillion; children, Madeline Koss and husband, Brad;  Valerie Swartz and husband, Chris; Lynn Hockenberry; Mary Jo Oswald; Toni Vay and husband, Mike; Len Vermillion and wife, Nancy; grandchildren, Brad Koss and wife, Lindsay; Luke Swartz and wife, Carla; Laura Reger and husband, Harry; Jeremiah Swartz and wife, Ashley; Zach Swartz; Daniel Thompson and friend, Brittany; Jamie Hockenberry; Sean Erixon; Ashley Vay; Autumn Vay; 13 great grandchildren; brothers, Marvin Vermillion and wife, Sue; Wayne Vermillion; sister, Colleen Shank, and husband George;  and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m., Nanty Glo Church of Nazarene, Pastor David O’Hara, officiating.
