Hastings, PA – Paul F. Shutty (“Slanteye”), 63, of Hastings passed away August 28, 2020 at Conemaugh Medical Center.

Born January 14, 1957, in Cleveland, OH; he was a son of the late Walter and Catherine (Kibler) Shutty. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Ron Shutty.

Survived by his wife, Sandra Kay (Smith) Shutty; sons, Brandon Shutty of Northern Cambria, Bryan Shutty of Hastings, Nashon Smart of Tennessee, Dina Taucher and husband John of Halifax, Melinda Solomich and husband Jeff of Ambridge; a brother, Walter Shutty and wife Karen of Ebensburg; and nine grandchildren.

Paul was the owner operator of S &  S Custom Concrete Finishing.  He was a member of the Sons of Italy in Patton, Swamp Branch camp, avid volleyball player,hiker, kayaker, golfer and enjoyed traveling.

There will be no viewing.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
