Williams, Robert C., 80, Martinsburg, passed away January 12, 2021 at home. Born June 3, 1940 to the late William and Jean (Langham) Williams. Preceded in death by children, Robert and Kimberly Williams; and sister, Marg Gillen. Survived by wife, Carol (Manges) Williams; daughters, Sheree Bittner; Marilyn Silver; stepsons, Kurtis Rummel (Debbie); Dr. Jason Rummel (Rebekah); daughter-in-law, Christine Williams; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; 7 step-grandchildren; brothers, Bill (Sandy); Tom (Cheryl); Kenny (Cathy); and among his grandchildren, Tommy (Megan), whom Robert raised. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday January 16 at Greater Johnstown Christian Fellowship for family and friends.
