Beckner, Ronald George, 67, Boswell, passed away July 19, 2021, at his home surrounded by family. Born August 1, 1953, to the late John and Charlotte (Montgomery) Beckner. Survived by wife, Brenda Kay (Botwright) Beckner; children, Ronald Asa Beckner; Amy Grant (Joey); Leah Gessel (Brian); Katelyn McDermott; granddaughter, Elysia “Elsie” Iris McDermott; siblings, Thomas Beckner (Darlene); Steven Beckner (Becky); LuAnn Watkins (Dave Brant); Mary Jane; sisters-in-law, Nadine Naugle (late Clifford); Cathy Warnick (Dennis); Kim Peterson; Sandra Fleegle; brother-in-law, Dean Botwright (Denise); aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews. Ron was a lifetime logger who started his work journey at age 10 at what is currently The Ponderosa. He retired as the owner and operator of Ron Beckner Logging. Ron was a very generous man with a heart bigger than he was. Family would like to thank Interim Hospice, especially Tabatha who went above and beyond. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
