Cullen, Vincent R. “Joe”, 69, died Dec. 10, 2017 at his home. Born July 11, 1948 to George Cullen and Frances (Quarry) (Cullen) Clinger. Preceded in death by father. Survived by wife, Lisa; mother, Frances Clinger; daughters, Linda Cullen Fessler; Emily Cullen; Connie Wilson; grandchildren, Kirsten Hooven; Joey Marie Foster; Brandon Maher; Cory Parks; Eddie Colls; and great grandchildren, Brenson, Wyatt, Amelia, Isabella, Riley, and Remington. Joe was a Vietnam Veteran of the U.S. Army. At Joe’s request there will be no viewing or service. Donations may be made in Joe’s name to Ricky’s Wheels.
