Obituary

Vogel, Patricia A. ‘Patty’, 71, Daisytown, went to be with the Lord on June 27, 2023. Born on January 7, 1952, to the late Jack and Selena (McGuire) Ribblett. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Judy Gardner; and granddaughter, Inez Vogel. Survived by loving husband, Kenneth Vogel Sr.; sons, Kenneth Jr. (Jennifer), Clint (Tracey), Haymarket, VA, and Bret, Johnstown, PA; daughter, Katie, Johnstown, PA; grandchildren, Laiken, Olivia, Avery, Ella, and Samantha; and siblings, Cindy DuBreucq, Nancy Hipp, and Lyle Ribblett (Sybil). Patricia graduated from Conemaugh Valley High School in 1969. She had worked at Thrift Drug, Walmart, Intermedia Marketing Solutions, and Pennsylvania Department of Workers’ Compensation. Patty was a member of St. Gregory’s Church and Choir. She was also a Democratic chairperson for Daisytown Borough. She enjoyed going to craft fairs and spending time with her grandchildren. Patty will be sadly missed and remembered by all. Friends and family will be received from 2-4 P.M. & 6-8 P.M., Friday at Hindman Funeral Home, 1521 Frankstown Rd., Johnstown, PA 15902. A mass will be officiated by Father Callistus Elue at 10 A.M., Saturday at St. Gregory Catholic Church, 120 Boltz St., Johnstown, PA 15902. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patricia’s memory to St. Gregory Catholic Church.
